On February 27, 2024, in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, Stanley Mark Smith, an erosion control company owner, pleaded guilty to rigging bids and fixing prices as part of a conspiracy targeting over $100 million in publicly funded transportation construction contracts across Oklahoma. Roy Henry Heinrich, an owner and officer of another company, pleaded guilty on December 4, 2023. Ryan Ashley Sullivan, an owner and executive of a third company, pleaded guilty on November 6, 2023.

On February 21, 2024, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, Felix Tsipelzon pleaded guilty to wire fraud conspiracy and was sentenced to 36 months of probation, $138,000 in restitution, forfeiture of $244,026.95, and a $100 assessment.

On February 22, 2024, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida sentenced Wendell Goney to 48 months of incarceration, 3 years of supervised release, $29,034.00 in restitution, and a $100 assessment. In October 2023, Goney pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm affecting commerce by a convicted felon.

On February 21, 2024, Brian Bartlett was added to a December 6, 2023, indictment by a grand jury in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan of Adam Ball, Andrew Semenchuk, and Jeffrey Bartlett. All four individuals are former owners and executives of Surveying Solutions, Inc. (SSI).

On February 9, 2024, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania filed a civil complaint in U.S. District Court against Michael DiCiurcio for alleged violations of FAA regulations when flying small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS), commonly known as drones. In its complaint, the United States alleges that DiCiurcio operated sUAS unlawfully and unsafely in the Philadelphia area between at least December 2019 to the present, in violation of FAA requirements.

On February 7, 2024, a grand jury in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington indicted Johnny R. Blackstock for aiming a laser pointer at an aircraft. On October 13, 2023, Blackstock shined a laser at a Life Flight helicopter that was transporting a patient in the Spokane area. Later, Blackstock also shined a laser at the Spokane County Sheriff's Office Air One helicopter that was on routine patrol in the area.
