John A. Harris, a MARAD marine surveyor, was fined $4,000 by a U.S. District Court judge in Jacksonville, FL, for accepting a bribe in exchange for confidential bid information on a DOT contract.

MARAD Fleet Superintendent Pleads Guilty to Bribery
