On June 26, 2023, in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, Erik Armando Ramos pleaded guilty to transporting explosives without a license. Ramos was indicted in December 2022. According to the indictment, Ramos transported flash powder explosives across State borders without a permit from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

 

DOT-OIG is conducting this investigation with ATF.
