Investigations

On November 4, 2022, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida sentenced Damion McDonald and MD Golum Mahbub for stealing large volumes of fuel during a trip from Port Everglades, Florida, to gas stations in South Florida.

 

McDonald was sentenced to 36 months of probation, including 24 months of home detention; $10,315 in restitution; and a $100 special assessment. Mahbub was sentenced to 12 months of incarceration, 36 months of supervised release, $188,505 in restitution, a $17,595 fine, and a $100 special assessment.
