Investigations

On April 25, 2022, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California sentenced Enrique "Henry" Garcia, shop manager for trucking company National Distribution Services, Inc., to 30 months of incarceration, 1 year of supervised release, and a $100 special assessment. In January, Garcia pleaded guilty to conducting welding repairs on hazardous material tankers without required Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration certifications.
