On March 23, Noah Felice was indicted by a grand jury in the Northern District of New York for making false statements on an FAA application for an airman medical certificate. The indictment alleges that on or about September 11, 2017, Felice completed an application without stating a history of criminal convictions or receipt of medical disability benefits. In fact, Felice had been convicted of multiple misdemeanor offenses and was receiving disability benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) at the time the application was completed.
DOT-OIG is conducting this investigation with VA OIG.
