FMCSA Suspends Trucking Company Owner

On April 29, 2021, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) suspended and proposed debarring Damir Sisic, owner of the now defunct Sisic Transport Service LLC, for a period of 3 years. Sisic was sentenced on January 25, 2021, to 3 years’ probation, which includes 6 months’ home incarceration; 50 hours’ community service; a $1,000 fine; and a $100 special assessment. On October 14, 2020, Sisic pleaded guilty to conspiracy to falsify Federal records in violation of FMCSA regulations.
