On April 29, 2021, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) suspended and proposed debarring Damir Sisic, owner of the now defunct Sisic Transport Service LLC, for a period of 3 years. Sisic was sentenced on January 25, 2021, to 3 years’ probation, which includes 6 months’ home incarceration; 50 hours’ community service; a $1,000 fine; and a $100 special assessment. On October 14, 2020, Sisic pleaded guilty to conspiracy to falsify Federal records in violation of FMCSA regulations.
