Former Southwest Airlines Pilot Charged with Indecent Exposure
On April 2, 2021, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland filed a criminal information against Michael Haak, a former Southwest Airlines pilot, with indecent exposure. According to the information, on or about August 10, 2020, Haak intentionally committed an act of lewd, indecent, and obscene exposure of his genitals in a public place. The incident occurred on a Southwest Airlines flight that Haak was piloting.
DOT-OIG is conducting this investigation with the FBI.
