Investigations

On November 3, 2020, in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, Jwan Curry pleaded guilty to simple assault within the territorial and maritime jurisdiction of the United States. According to the plea agreement, Curry admitted that on September 26, 2019, while aboard Alaska Airlines Flight 411, Curry threatened a flight attendant with physical violence.

 

DOT-OIG is conducting this investigation with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
