Wisconsin Company and Owner Debarred from Federally Funded Programs

On August 25, 2020, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) debarred National Structural Bearings Corporation (NSBC) and its owner, Raymond Dandan, from participating in Federal nonprocurement and procurement transactions for 3 years.
The debarment is retroactive and begins on August 31, 2017, the date FHWA suspended NSBC and Dandan from conducting business with the Federal Government.
In June 2017, NSBC and Dandan agreed to a civil settlement with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Raleigh, North Carolina, to settle allegations that NSBC made false claims.
Note: Exclusion actions (suspensions and debarments) are frequently for a specific period of time, and the System for Award Management should be consulted to find out whether a company is currently excluded.
