On September 25, 2019, Tenaglia pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and was sentenced to 14 months’ imprisonment, $950,000 in restitution, a $50,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment.
DOT-OIG conducted this investigation with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Note: Exclusion actions (suspensions and debarments) are frequently for a specific period of time, and the System for Award Management should be consulted to find out whether a company is currently excluded.
