FAA Debars Michigan Airport Contractor and Former Owner
On February 3, 2020, FAA debarred Envision Construction Management, LLC and former owner Gary Tenaglia from participating in federally funded programs and projects, including both procurement and nonprocurement transactions. His debarment will last for 2 years—from September 25, 2019, until September 25, 2021.
On September 25, 2019, Tenaglia pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and was sentenced to 14 months’ imprisonment, $950,000 in restitution, a $50,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment.
DOT-OIG conducted this investigation with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
