Lidia A. Rodenzo, owner of Reliable Driving School, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Chicago to wire fraud charges for the bribing of a supervisor at a state driver’s license facility so her students would pass their tests. Rodenzo admitted paying bribes to Fernando Murillo, an Illinois state driver’s license tester, in order to pass CDL applicants. Murillo pleaded guilty to bribery charges on June 18. Sentencing is set for Sept. 24. This is a joint ongoing investigation by OIG and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.
