Florida Pilot Convicted of Falsifying FAA Medical Applications

On March 26, 2014, Henry Albert Schaller II was convicted by a jury in U.S. District Court, West Palm Beach, Florida, of making false statements to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on multiple airmen medical applications. Schaller stated he had never been convicted of a misdemeanor crime despite being convicted and sentenced to three years of probation in 2003 for making a false statement to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

This case was investigated jointly with the Drug Enforcement Administration, with assistance from FAA.
